Upon confirming your reservations, the Chalet Concierge will immediately be in contact with you via telephone and/or email to help coordinate your arrival and make the most of your Chamonix experience. The pre-arrival service will include advice regarding best deals, pre-ordering of ski passes, ski equipment, excursions, restaurant reservations and any thing else that you can think of.
During your stay, your concierge will be able to coordinate the following:
